Who I Am
FIRST YEARS
I was born on September 22, 1989 in Pavia and I approached the world of art since I was a child.
After the high school, I continued my studies at the Brera Academy in Milan, I met the works of the artists of the past and I confronted myself with the contemporary ones. These are intense years also marked by difficult and painful moments that feed the need to compare myself with the mystery of life and death.
"I love my life and this means seeking a dialogue with death because it is an integral part of our existence. My beginning and my end. Let's move on to a life by learning to live but we never prepare in the face of death. My art is an invitation to reflect on the existence of two indivisible figures who are part of what we are".
MEMENTO MORI
An emotional journey begins - the "Memento Mori" Project - where I find my expression and quickly translates it into a series of natural -size self -portraits in which I am self -regulated in family places, lying as dead.
The ancient relationship that binds life and death, the mystery of man and nature, trace the contours of my artistic path that I brought to a higher level by transforming the paintings into a unique clothing line in its style where drawings with a strong symbolic meaning become art to wear.
Today this language has still extended: ceramic and fragile material has been made - and perfume, an essence that contains the whole imagination of the brand, combining body, memory and vision in a total artistic gesture.
Bones, living or dead organs, in contrast with a flower, a plant, a color, become the spokesperson for a universal message that through exhibitions in the main Italian and international cities
Wearing art travels the world by telling emotions that belong to the history of each of us.
